The Hana scrum master is responsible for
managing multiple products and ensuring the Scrum team(s) adheres to
Agile/Scrum best practices, standards and guidelines. The scrum master acts as
a facilitator, helping the team maximize performance and increase efficiencies.
They do this by removing impediments, minimizing distractions, escalating
issues and ensuring the team has the proper tools in place (Jira, Smartsheet,
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
the team and organization in effectively employing Agile/Scrum practices
and principles to create value and increase customer and stakeholder
and educates the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming, maintaining
the product backlog and planning releases.
Scrum meetings: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Epic
and Story Estimation, Sprint Review and Demo, and Retrospective.

responsibilities and offers motivation and support, as necessary.

degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as math, business, information
technology, or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
possesses 5 - 7 years of combined business or digital and technology (D&T)
experience within an Agile environment.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Scrum
Alliance and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
certification is preferred.

to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees,
