We are seeking superintendents who possess water and wastewater experience on large projects over $80 million in contract value with ten years’ experience successfully supervising employees and subcontractors on a construction site, and have the ability to supervise the field activities of an entire project with little oversight.
The Senior Superintendent supervise field activities of PC employees and subcontractors to ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements while meeting the company's safety, budget, and schedule goals. Effectively manage self-perform work and trades, when applicable to the project.
The Superintendent role must manage and lead the project’s lean activities within their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, Last Planner, Waste Walks, Nothing Touches the Ground, and Zero Punchlist. Mentor others on the project to effectively and consistently use Lean tools.
The senior superintendent leads large field operations and may have several project or trade superintendents as direct reports.
