Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervision of building maintenance, housekeeping, & laundry staffs, proper maintenance of grounds, facility, & equipment; enforcement of policies/procedures & budget compliance; control & oversight of facility response systems. Must possess good technical, computer, organizational, leadership, & communicational skills.
